Hello! We’re Stuart and Sandra Morrison. We run Spoke ‘n’ Boot in the grounds of Greenbank Farmhouse, our 19th century home.
This site was a working farm for many years. We’ve lived here for more than a decade with our very lucky animals who enjoy the life of Reily!
Dexter is our very sociable Jack Russell dog, Myrtle our quiet cat, and our Call ducks who enjoy swimming in their pond.
Since opening Spoke’n’Boot Camping Pods in July 2016, we have enjoyed looking after travellers from near and far, who wish to stop off for the night – or a little longer, and take time to explore all the attractions Falkirk has to offer.
We provide a safe and secluded environment, quality accommodation and value for money. We welcome solo travellers, couples, families and small groups travelling together, well-behaved dogs too.
We have a great spot here, with fresh air, peace and tranquillity which we are happy to share with like-minded folks who will appreciate this unique homely setting.
We hope you will feel at home, have fun, relax and make the most of simple pleasures.
Play games, stay up late and chat to folk from all over the world. Dance to the music, relax with a comforting beverage.
Whatever you feel like . . . . Just enjoy!
Over the last few years, Falkirk District has become a popular tourist destination, especially with the development of its latest attractions The Falkirk Wheel, The Kelpies, The Helix and Callendar Estates Cycle Trails (total 19km).
The John Muir Way – the cross-country national trail – skirts our property, making it the ideal resting place for adventurers. We participate in the JMW Passport scheme and provide a little extra treat for participants. (Enjoy a foot soothing soak or relax with a comforting hot chocolate before bedtime).
There are both modern and historic places of interest to visit, all within easy reach, lots of things to do whilst visiting. See our attractions page for details.
Spoke’n’Boot Camping Pods has been greatly supported by Kelvin Valley & FalkirkLEADER programme, Falkirk Business Gateway, VisitFalkirk and all our friends.
They all love it, so hopefully you will too when you choose to ‘stop over’ with us.
